Waco has been my home my whole life and I'm excited to host you in any of our vacation homes! I'm a wife and mother and take great care of my houses to make sure people feel comfortable and welcome. I enjoy the occasional design and decor projects for clients and value hospitality as a tenant of my faith and Southern culture. Bring your family, bring your friends, and come stay awhile!
Havencraft was born of my own family origins. My maiden name, Northern, was the source of the name of our family home growing up: North Haven. Haven is a safe place. When Josh and I married, our last name Cohagen helped us choose Cohaven as our family home name. Craft is what you make of something so my dream and desire to create safe homes for people to enjoy is how the name Havencraft was born.

In 2018 our families joined forces investing in properties. We began flipping houses and eventually landed on the vacation rental business, which we have loved. The investment company, Bridge Community Holdings, is named aptly as a reminder for us to be a bridge in our community. As Havencraft, Robin takes on design projects in her "spare time" as a stay at home Mom! She manages Bridge's vacation homes as well as homes for other owners. Her sister Bree is a constant design support and influence on projects from San Antonio.
