These are my 3 criteria to consider a new owner, but am extremely selective based on my time availability.

I have two different arrangements with owners for compensation but this roughly comes out to 20% net income. My goal is to get you booked and rated highly and I do this really well. I utilize my training from Beyond Bnb to price, optimize, and make us both income. With Baylor, Magnolia, commerce, and Cameron Park events flowing year-round, we can do this. I handle your listing, pricing, cleaners, restocking, guest communications, maintenance, lawn care, and emergencies.
