This gorgeous house has a lot of light in the main rooms and will be the perfect backdrop for your needs.

South Haven is listed for all of these needs. This two-story home is decorated Southern Style with lots of blues, whites, soft pinks, and polished brass fixtures. Downstairs doorknobs are glass. Original shiplap on most downstairs walls as well as original pocket sliding doors, now navy, between living and dining room and gorgeous in photos.
There is a coffee and wine bar also as usable workspace for laptop and writing, also beautiful in photos.
The custom kitchen has natural light and soft blue cabinets with a custom flare venthood.
The Master ensuite bathroom has a freestanding bathtub.
Two story home ideal for bridal photoshoots or boudoir photoshoots, business meetings, group meetings, product photoshoots, lunch meetings, social media filming, kitchen cooking production, film production.
Meetings
The downstairs living room and dining room connect, or can be separated by original gorgeous sliding pocket doors with original glass panes.
Up to 15 people can convene in this space for meetings.
Price is $150/hr with a minimum booking of 2 hours.
Media Productions
If you need to film a commercial, movie, television show or episode, this is the spot!
$150/hr with a minimum booking of 2 hours
Events
Small weddings, baby showers, wedding showers, corporate dinners, family dinners, and birthday gatherings all welcome!
Maximum of 15 people.
$250/hr with a minimum of 4 hours
Note: Furniture cannot be moved, no decorations on the walls, no confetti, glitter, or slime either.

Product Photo Shoot
Want to take your headshots here? Bridal portraits? Display your rugs or tea towels in the kitchen, dishes or candles on the dining table, blankets on the beds, food on the coffee bar or in the kitchen…SO MANY IDEAS!
