Thanks for coming by! I’ll make this intro quick!
I was born and raised in Waco. My parents live 3 miles down the road and I married an East Texas man..
His name is Josh. He started us on this whole journey with house flipping and somehow I’m now an Airbnb superhost and take on design jobs for clients. We have 3 daughters, one who is still at home with me while the older girls are in elementary school. These days with them in elementary school….are and will be the best days of my life. I LOVE this stage!

Back in 2017ish Josh read the book Rich Dad, Poor Dad and then we started listening to Bigger Pockets Podcast. We were suddenly figuring out how to buy our first flip house. And we did. We clumsily talked to a realtor, a banker, a homeowner, and got a house in one of the best neighborhoods in Waco for $100,000. It was a deal. I’ll share more about that in a different post, but we walked away with over $40K to flip another. But it was hard and scary and we almost lost money on it. Almost.

So now here we are and I have a lot of back posting to share because I’m only NOW figuring out how to build the boat to carry me across social media waters. It’s built. Time to load it up. 😉
